This notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information about career-site visitors, job applicants, prospective candidates, referrals, and references. It supplements the Privacy Notice for our public corporate website.

• Professional and educational information, including your resume or curriculum vitae, employment history, education, qualifications, skills, work samples, professional profiles, and references.
• Application and recruiting information, including the position sought, location, work authorization, availability, compensation expectations, communications, interview notes, assessments, and hiring-team feedback.
• Information supplied by references, recruiting partners, employees who refer you, and public professional sources such as LinkedIn or an employer website.
• Information you voluntarily provide for equal-employment, accommodation, or similar purposes. Where collected, this information may include sensitive personal information and will be used only for appropriate recruiting, accommodation, compliance, or reporting purposes.
• Technical information from the careers site, such as IP address, device and browser information, language, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, and security or activity logs.
• Other information you choose to provide during the recruiting process.
Please do not provide sensitive information that we have not requested. If we need information for a background check, identity verification, immigration, accommodation, or another regulated purpose, we will provide any additional notice or authorization required by law.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use recruiting information to:
• Receive and evaluate applications and candidate profiles.
• Communicate with candidates, arrange interviews, and administer assessments.
• Verify qualifications, references, eligibility, and information supplied during recruiting.
• Consider candidates for the position requested and, where appropriate, other or future opportunities.
• Provide reasonable accommodations and support equal-employment practices.
• Operate, secure, analyze, troubleshoot, and improve our recruiting systems and processes.
• Maintain business and recruiting records, establish or defend legal claims, and comply with applicable law.
• Complete a corporate transaction or organizational change, subject to appropriate protections.
Providing information is generally voluntary, but we may be unable to evaluate an application or complete a recruiting step without information needed for that purpose.
HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
We may disclose relevant information to Centrillion personnel involved in recruiting and management; Teamtailor and other providers supporting hosting, communications, assessments, background checks, security, analytics, or recruiting operations; professional advisers; references or other parties you authorize; government authorities when required by law; and parties involved in a potential corporate transaction.
Service providers are expected to process information only for the services they provide to Centrillion and under appropriate contractual or legal safeguards. Centrillion does not sell applicant personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Centrillion is based in the United States, and our recruiting providers may process information in the United States, Europe, or other locations. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we and our providers use recognized contractual or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
RETENTION AND SECURITY
We retain recruiting information only as long as reasonably necessary for the recruiting purposes described above, consideration for future opportunities where appropriate, legal and regulatory obligations, dispute resolution, and the establishment or defense of claims. Retention depends on factors such as the status of the application, the nature of the information, applicable limitation periods, and legal recordkeeping requirements. Information about a successful applicant may become part of the individual's employment records and be governed by separate employee notices and retention practices.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information. No Internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND RIGHTS
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; receive a portable copy; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where processing depends on consent; and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.
You may submit a request through the Data & Privacy tools on the careers site or email hr@centrilliontech.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Applicable law may permit or require us to retain certain information or decline part of a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to appropriate verification.
For California residents, this notice also serves as a notice at collection. During recruiting, we may collect the categories described above, including identifiers, professional or employment-related information, education information, Internet or network activity, approximate geolocation, communications and inferences related to candidate evaluation, protected-classification information supplied voluntarily or for compliance, and sensitive personal information when reasonably necessary for recruiting, accommodation, work authorization, or legal compliance. We use these categories only for the recruiting, security, operational, and legal purposes described in this notice. We do not sell or share applicant personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we retain each category only as long as reasonably necessary under the criteria described above.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction requiring a lawful basis, our processing may be based on steps requested before entering an employment relationship, our legitimate interests in recruiting and operating our business, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work.
