We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to senior-level executives. The Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, handling confidential information, conducting research, and overseeing task and project management
- Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all parties are informed and kept abreast of schedule awareness.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visas, and ensure all arrangements are made in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct research and analysis on various topics, including competitors, industry trends, and new business opportunities, and prepare reports and presentations based on findings.
- Oversee task and project management for the senior executive team, including organizing meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion, judgment, and integrity.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and vendors.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including screening calls, taking accurate messages, and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a senior executive assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Discretion, judgment, and integrity, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software and technologies.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Additional qualifications or certifications as a personal assistant or executive assistant would be considered an advantage.

The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $50,000 to $75,000. The pay ultimately offered may vary based on objective considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. An annual cash bonus and equity grants may be provided as part of the overall compensation package, in addition to a full range of financial, health and wellness benefits, dependent on the position offered.
